Pulled Bushpig on homemade flatbread with mango salsa

Marinade the meat for 12 hrs in coke, vinegar and oil.
Sear over hot coals for about an hour with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
Slow cook over medium heat for 6hrs in a potjie, adding 500ml beer and the rest of the marinade.
Serve with homemade flatbread and mango salsa.
